Recently, it was reported that the death of a gay man in Manly back in the eighties was being reopened as a cold case. I hope the deaths that are reported in this book also get taken note of. The book is chilling in its portrayal of the way the lives of gay men back in those days was seen as sonehow worthless. Hopefully, the situation has changed. I applaud Greg for writing this book and for the devotion to duty of those who tried to right the wrongs back in those days.
