I really enjoyed this book! The setting of Whitbey Island is serene and peaceful! The characters are relatable and genuine. They each were special and unique. My favorites were Eunhee and Nick. Eunhee is a strong woman. She's facing a life of difficulties, but she has a strong faith. Nick is supportive and caring. I loved all of the cooking and gardening that happened in the book! Two of my favorite things! Bonus- there are some recipes included!! A definite must read!
