In this Pride and Prejudice variation Jane and Elizabeth are visiting the Gardiner's where they encounter Darcy and Bingley at a London theatre, and a courtship follows on.

This novella is a Pride and Prejudice variation whereby Darcy and Elizabeth have known each all most of their lives. When Elizabeth is 16 an unwanted suitor forces her to stay with her Gardiner family. Where the elder Darcy and Gardiner arrange a marriage between Elizabeth and Darcy.

With this Pride and Prejudice variation (sequel to I Promise To...) Elizabeth Bennet aged 16 has an arranged marriage to Darcy.
This chronicles their first year of marriage.
