Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that balances your body's energy by using the fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieve pain, and alleviate acute or chronic conditions. Brougnt to America by a student of the great Japanese sage Jiro Murai, Jin Shin Jyutsu has astounded Westerners with its healing abilities. Many of the exercises are so discreet that they can be employed during a meeting or on a crowded street.
