This is a great signing dictionary to have around your house. It has key phrases and is well organized.
This book teaches SEE sign (Signed Exact English) not ASL (American Sign Language). If you buy this be aware that many of the signs are not ASL. SO be very careful.
Although this book was compiled by a Canadian (which means a good portion of the signs are not true ASL), it is still a good book for beginners. It is topically organized with colorful pictures for clarity.
