Chris Brogan, coauthor of the New York Times best-selling Trust Agents, is president of Human Business Works. He has been involved with social networks since the BBSes of the 1980s and began blogging in 1998, when it was still called journaling. Brogan consults with Fortune 100 companies such as afficher plus PepsiCo, GM, and Microsoft on the future of business communications and social technologies and is a featured monthly columnist for Success magazine.
