As a children's book, it is entertaining, but I doubt that children of the age for which this book is intended have actually already read The Three Musketeers.

I thought it was a good introduction to the characters from Three Musketeers classic. My kids are getting close to being able to read chapter books and this is definitely going to be one that I will strongly encourage them to read.

The previous reviewer who questioned why they were speaking English in France- they weren't. To the boys (and we English readers), it seems they are speaking English, but to everyone else they are speaking French. Cette critique a été écrite dans le cadre des Critiques en avant-première de LibraryThing.Lovely sweet book!!! I can't wait to see what else he writes. Now I want to read The Three Musketeers even more! This book could definitely be instrumental in encouraging young people to read classics.
