Great book, filled with great sketches and designs!! Great collection of creative ideas! Really, one of the best books I ever got on fashion. The sketches are original, amazing and could teach you a ton by just imitating. I LOVE this book!
As a rising fashion designer (among other things), I try to keep tabs on all the latest trends in fashion illustration. There have been a lot (and I really do mean a LOT) of fashion illustration books that have been published since Borrelli's book came out 7 years ago. There have been major advances in digital rendering during that period as well. But absolutely none of the newer books I've seen has come close to capturing the creativity, beauty, and variety that is present in Fashion Illustration Next. Is 7 (almost 8) years too short a time for a book to achieve the status of a Classic in today's paced world?… (plus d'informations)
