Courte biographie
20-something tattooed potty mouth from the South living it up in NYC. Just trying to make a living on man-love and the written word. Kade Boehme is a southern boy without the charm, but all the sass. Residing in New York City, he lives off of ramen noodles and too much booze. He is the epitomy of dorkdom, only watching TV when Rachel Maddow or one of his sports teams is on. Most of his free time is spent dancing, arguing politics, or with his nose in a book. He is also a hardcore Britney Spears fangirl and has an addiction to glitter. It was after writing a short story about boys who loved each other for a less than reputable adult website that he found his true calling — and hopefully a bit more class. He hopes to write about all the romance that he personally finds himself allergic to but that others can fall in love with. He maintains that life is real and the stories should be, as well.

I enjoyed this short read but couldn't really connect with either Colin or Will. They weren't really strong main characters in my opinion. This one registered high on the angst meter.

Terrific story about two men on opposite sides of the law. This was my first book by Kade Boehme but it definitely won't be the last. Logan and Gianni were very well developed characters. It was a shame that Gianni had to hide his family ties and live in the closet. I don't think that Logan could have handled the truth about Gianni's mob connections earlier in their relationship. A well written, fast paced story that had me glued to the pages right up until the end. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect feel good story. Carter and Jesse were both carrying personal baggage and had known each other for a good long while. The angst was low, the guy's interaction with Sarah and Daphne was wonderful to read. The story was a fairly uncomplicated, easy read. I thoroughly enjoyed Ms Boehme's writing style and plan on searching out more of her books..

Can opposites find love? It depends on their real personalities.

On the surface, this is a story of two young men whose mothers failed them in different ways, coming to terms with uneven attraction, the cracking of the masks they've built to weather life, and one shock after another threatening one or both of them. Under that, this is a story of the weight of grief, and the power love offers to ease emotional wounds both old and new. It is also a story of quiet heroism, and that always appeals strongly to me.… (plus d'informations)
