Falls short of being a really good screwball comedy, but thanks to the likable and talented cast, it succeeds as good entertainment--and fast entertainment as well, at just 69 minutes. Among the highlights, you get to see a slim Broderick Crawford! In this Depression-era film, Hopkins is a woman with an architecture degree trying to get a job from Winninger. Their worst movie from the Hal Roach era. Only true Laurel and Hardy scene: Ollie's serenade to Stan's tuba playing.
