I loved every hot, intense moment of it and fell in love with Ace. And Hayden...? Sex on fire! I can't wait for his book. The entire cast of characters were spectacular and Cherry was a heroine to root for. I wanted to fucking kill a few characters in the books. Read it and you'll find out why. There where moments I shed big, fat, ugly tears and moment where I laughed out loud. And, yes, once or twice, I wanted to slap the shit out of Ace because I wondered how in the hell was he so blind. Then it dawned on me I'd have the same knee jerk reaction to the bombshell dropped on him. He has one hell of a grandmother and friends who are there when he needs it. The poignancy towards the end cut through me and I shed tears, then, too, even though I knew what happened was necessary. Cherry was good, so I was good, too. Ace's Redemption is intense and emotional and it is a MUST read. This was a kickass book and I'm so glad I got the chance to read it.… (plus d'informations)

Out of all of AC Bextor's heroes, Shame and Ace held a special place in my heart. That isn't to say I didn't adore Hem and Hayden because I did, but there was just something about Shame and Ace. Then, along comes Travis. Travis has always understood Sarah. He took the time to understand her. Everyone else, including her big brother, Ace, saw her as a pain-in-the-ass and just plain difficult. Sarah is 19 now and floundering after a tragedy that changes everyone's lives. Overcome with grief, Sarah and Travis turn to each other in a way they hadn't ever truly considered. Once it's discovered, the fallout is truly heart-wrenching.

Let me pause here, just as I had to stop reading for a good thirty minutes. Ace pissed me off so much, I wanted him fucked up. In the end, though, the reasons for his behavior were poignant and coming from a place we can all identified with. It was his delivery that incited my violent reaction. On the other hand, Hayden has grown into a reliable, rock solid friend.

Travis is a wonderful hero. He's scarred but he knows what he wants. Sarah. He'll do anything for her. Sacrifice his own happiness for hers. He's protective and tender. He has eight years on her and it shows through his patience with her when she flounders. Sarah is nineteen. Her reactions and behavior is understandable given her age.

It really saddens me that the series is ending. Although Lights of Peril ended with Toxic, with the conclusion to Devil's Despair, it's a ring of finality for both series.

Travis's Stand is heart-warming and heart-wrenching. It shows the meaning of love and friendship through thick and thin. I will miss them dearly.

LOVED IT. What a fantastic cast of characters in Dirty
Dirty. Ive said it once and i will say it again. AC Bextor is a wonderful storyteller whose skilled and emotional writing evokes all types of emotions. Hangar is a sadistic psychopath who made my skin crawl. What can i say about Aimes and Lelow? Loved the Easton brothers. Max is a sexy badass who knows who he wants. I wanted to wrap Casey in my arms and protect her from the sick, twisted bastards of Creed. This is the Vengeance Duet. Aptly named. Im thinking of a few people who need to pay for unspeakable crimes.
I will be counting the days until Torch comes out in September and concludes the story.… (plus d'informations)
