Traci Bautista

A few new techniques but book too visually cluttered for me.

I don't really like Bautista's style so I sometimes find her books hard to relate to, but I've just started to get involved with printmaking and there are some really useful techniques for printing without a press here. I'm still at a loss as to how to use all the trials, ghost prints, etc. that are proliferating about my house, but the last couple pages of this book gave me some ideas.

I just bought this book to get some visual journaling inspiration.

There is never enough time to do all the fun stuff in this book. The ideas are great, and the illustrations are inspiring, Clever. My only quible is her use of "doodle". These are full blown peices of art work, not just something jotted in the margins during a meeting.
