David J. Atkinson is honorary assistant bishop in the Diocese of Southwark and was formerly Suffragan Bishop of Thetford in the Diocese of Norwich. He is also the author of the volumes on Ruth, Job, and Proverbs in The Bible Speaks Today series of commentaries.

Probably the most useful single reference book on ethics and so worth buying; generally good introductory articles on all subjects though now 20 yrs old so a bit dated; some excellent long articles in Part One; from an evangelical perspective
