Glenn Alterman

Glenn Alterman is an award-winning playwright, the author of twenty-five best-selling theater-related books (including ten volumes of original monologues), a screenwriter, an actor, and a highly respected monologue/audition acting coach. He was trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in afficher plus London and has worked extensively in regional and Off-Broadway theater, as well as in television. Alterman is the winner of forty-four playwriting competitions and the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Arts and Letters Award in Drama. His ten-minute plays have appeared in many annual best ten-minute play anthologies and have received hundreds of productions, both in the United States and abroad.
