This book goes into detail on the Supreme Court case brought on by an American born Japanese-American, who was interned. Fred Korematsu's makes the legal case that his civil rights were violated. Despite losing the initial case, the book goes on too document that Korematsu's case was re-litigated 40 years later in which the courts found that his rights were violated.

A high level review of the legal background concerning the Supreme Court Case. A good review but intended for school kids. This should be required reading in high school history.
