Things are going really well for them. Josh moves into Milla's flat, they are in love and for once Milla can see past the trivial irritating habbits. Things change when a strange white stray cat enters their lives called Purrl. Milla first meets her at a friends house when she is called in due to behavourial problems as the cat isn't eating her food. A strange relationship develops between them instantly. Purrl ends up being kicked out and finding Milla some months later and moving in with her, Josh, cat Tibbs and dog Zara. Milla begins to change though and things become more sinister as Purrl increases her hold over Milla.
It was such a strange book. At first I really liked it, but half way through Milla completely changed. She became a complete catty bitch and I didn't like it at all. The tone of the book compeltely changed and I know it was trying to be tense and creepy, but it was just crap to be honest. I kept reading to see how things where going to be explained, but it left too much out and it ended up being really vague. Shame really as the premise sounded interesting, I love books with cats as main characters and I loved the cover photo.… (plus d'informations)
