Taiaiake Alfred

Taiaiake Alfred is a Kahnawake Mohawk educator, author, and activist. He has long been involved in the public life of his own and other indigenous nations. He is the founding Director of the University of Victoria's School of Indigenous Governance and a Canada Research Chair.
