Such an interesting set of exercises breaking down how we perceive color and really an invitation to think differently about so many other experiences. How magical it must have been to be at Black Mountain College!

Though I never studied this book, just leafing through its pages and doing a few experiments with colored paper, Albers' book did teach me some valuable things about color, and did change the way I look at the world.
