Arthur Agatston graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1973, studied internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his cardiology fellowship at New York University. He decided to combine academics with clinical practice and afficher plus accepted a position at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, which was associated with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has written over 100 articles and abstracts for scientific journals including the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, the American Journal of Cardiology, and the Annals of Internal Medicine. He is also the developer of the South Beach Diet. He has written numerous books including The South Beach Diet; The South Beach Diet Cookbook; The South Beach Diet Quick and Easy Cookbook; and The South Beach Diet Supercharged. Clear objectives and good reasoning. However it would be hard to do in Panama due to the dearth of low fat cheese, especially ricotta. I will give it a try.

I am losing weight using this diet. The recipes are excellant! My only complaint is some of them require a lot of ingredients, so it can be time-consuming, but they are very healthy.
