It talks about what happens when their is a fire, while walking through a story instead of simply relaying information. first, the dispatcher get the call then they send the call over the loudspeaker for the firefighters. It also shows pictures of how the fire trucks are able to help people who are trapped in a fire and the tools they can use to get people to safety.
