It covers all parts of science, from biology to earth science to physics. Procedures are clearly explained, and most of the materials are things you can find around your house or would be inexpensive at the grocery store. What I found to be not so great about this book was the visuals. The pictures are not too developed and I think the experiments would be a lot better if students had a better example in the pictures to look off of to make sure they are doing the steps correctly.
