Travel Map Europe is a double-sided, indexed, road map at 1:2.5 Million. Western Russia, Turkey and eastern Ukraine are shown at 1:4.5 Million. This map comes with an extensive index booklet, which is attached to the front cover. Places of interest are listed and accompanied by a wide range of pictorial symbols for instant recognition. These symbols have been colour coded by category. Website addresses are also given for most entries in the index booklet. In addition to the road and rail networks, ferry routes and airports, this map provides an overview of the topography through the use of relief shading. Handy distance indicators, located in the margin, give distances to the nearest town, major locations and motorway junction, if applicable. Intermediate driving distances are shown on main roads. Also included is a political overview map of Europe with flags and country statistics. The extensive legend is shown in 8 languages.
