Sacred: Eslura's Calling thrusts the reader directly into a new fantastic world with a very unique cast of characters. I found the writing easy enough to follow, but there are a lot of characters and each chapter for the first bit of the story seems to be introducing someone new or referencing someone you'd met chapters ago and I, personally, got a bit confused by it. The pacing is good though, I didn't feel like it dragged on...keeping me easily invested in each character's role in the plot as long as I could keep them straight :)
I definitely recommend giving this one a read if you love unusual characters and fun world building!
