Mark and his sister move their parents from their childhood home to an apartment, which requires an enormous amount of work sorting through the physical memories of a home where they lived for 40 years. Mark and his wife eventually settle near Boston to be closer to his aging parents and for Mark to leave an apparently dead-end job for better employment opportunities. There are poignant end-of-life moments, and a connection for Mark with his father that resolves many unanswered questions. (
