This is the second "Tuesday Night" cookbook from the Milk Street gang. While I don't think it is quite as good as the first, it is still a great cookbook for quick, easy and delicious meals. One of the things I appreciate about these two cookbooks is that they are divided not by food styles or regions, but by the time it takes to make a particular recipe. I find the times to be a little short for what the average home cook is going to be able to accomplish, but after making a couple of dishes it should be easy to adjust the times based on your own preparation skill set.
