OK, I learned quite a bit! Not really in depth, of course, but a good overview of all sorts of cool things related to space, history, exploration, and even politics. Alas, it is already out-of date. History marches on. Since this book was published, more planets have been discovered, we have had the Columbia tragedy, and there have been interesting hypotheses about galactic "foam". Oh, there is so much to learn... ( )
