The book takes you through the life of an astronaut on a space mission. It begins by talking about everything you have to learn, getting into space, living in space, working on a few jobs, and the beautiful scenery.

The language is very simple. It's great for a second grader. It's not extremely well-written but the photographs are stunning and they go along with the words. It's quite dated now, but worth a read for those young aspiring astronauts. ( )
