Received an ARC for my fair review for netgalley. This was chaos at its finest. It was really all over the place. I did like Eve, she was a strong heroine, she slept with a gun, and used it. I did however hate her sister, Grace, what an obnoxious individual, god I just wanted to reach in the book and slap her. But it goes to show you that the author did a good job there in portraying her part, that you actually despise her. I enjoyed Eve's interactions with Rushton, they were enemies, to barely friends, to then lovers. But, again, stupid Grace, ruined the majority of story, with kidnapping, underhandedness, come on now get a grip. It was also amusing in some parts, so give it a chance. ( )
