As love restores Rhoda, a sudden tragedy is the test of faith she never saw coming.

More settled in her heart than ever before, Rhoda Byler feels a newfound confidence living in the Old Order Amish settlement she helped establish in Orchard Bend, Maine. Time has helped to heal the wounds of Rhoda??s recent severed relationship, and she finds that even her unusual gift of profound intuition is less of a burden as she continues to seek God??s wisdom for her future. She is happy to be working alongside the King family and the love of her life as they tend and nurture the settlement??s orchard.

Yet when Leah King??s involvement with Englischer Landon Olson becomes known outside of the Maine community, her disregard of the Ordnung could threaten all the Orchard Bend Amish are building. In the midst of addressing the discord, a shocking tragedy challenges the young settlement like never before, threatening to uproot Rhoda??s peace and the future of everything she holds dear.

When several members of Orchard Bend Farms are displaced, the estranged King brother is called upon to return. Can those who founded the new Amish community in Maine unite Or will the lingering pain of past hurts and present struggles result in the end of the… (plus d'informations)

Great ending to a really good series. Although this story was about all the same people as books 1 through 3, this one centered more on Leah King and upon her brother Jacob. Both are having problems of the heart. Samuel and Rhoda have found true love (finally), but Leah must decide if staying Amish or leaving is right for her. And Jacob is slowly learning to get over his feelings for Rhoda, and a certain young lady he meets along the way is helping him do that. In the midst of all this a tragedy will strike these folks that will threaten to uproot the young Orchard Bend Amish community. Can everyone pull together and let the problems each is facing be set aside so that their dream will be kept alive..

Appreciated the story line and the way this author dealt with all the conflicts in this small Amish community. Strongly recommend you read these stories in the order written to get a full and complete picture of these folks. ( )

Rhoda has started feeling settle in Maine. She starts to follow her god talent and tries to help an englisher with finding her grandchild. Soon a family tragedy happens and things start unravel a bit in Maine. Will the new settlement stay and be able to establish. Samuel dat come to make a demand about his daughter Leah. What will happen to all though who are making it a go in Orchard Bend, Maine. You may like how it ends up and see all the battles the new settlement need to overcome? ( )

LOVE LOVE LOVE.... This is a series that I had to read until I finished. I couldn't wait to see what would happen and how. When I was finished, I felt good about the story line, but really sad that I now have to find a new series to read. ( )

OK, YES, I’m probably more than a little biased about this book in particular because I’ve waited so very long to read it and I was on the edge of my seat for most of the other three books.

But… I feel absolutely positively justified in saying that this book deserves every one of the 5 stars I give it! In fact, I’d give it 50 stars if I could!

YES! It’s THAT good!

Very rarely do writers manage to tie so many things up as well as Cindy Woodsmall has. And no, it’s not all perfect neat little bows.

There is strife. There is angst. There is tragedy.

But that’s life!

And Cindy Woodsmall knows that.

This series has been exceptional in so many ways and it has touched my heart, my life and my soul.

I am especially grateful to Cindy Woodsmall for writing this series and sharing it with us all. It may seem a little too strong but I truly thing that without it, I would not be where I am today.

“Seasons of Tomorrow” is most definitely the best ending to a series I have ever read. And though I’m certain we would all like to read more about this series, I believe Cindy has ended on the appropriate note – while still leaving so many possibilities open for the future.

Disclaimer: I received this book free in exchange for an honest review. ( )
