Continuing on with her Viking II series, Sandra Hill weaves a humourous tale of fish out of water. The miracle of time-travel is experienced both ways, from modern to viking and then from viking to modern.
The constant interspersing of humourous thoughts from the main characters was grating at times, and the heroine's character was not as fully developed as others - I had a hard time grasping her motivations, and therefore her emotions.
Yet despite the above, Ms Hill has delivered, as always, a delightful light romantic tale. ( )
