Susannah had her career plans mapped out - and they didn't include falling in love with her no ambition, no job neighbor. Nate seems to be just having fun, and Susannah suspected he just inherited money. But he's really the former owner of a very successful cookie franchise chain, and is now stepping back and regrouping.
