- We keep books all over the house, my wife and I. Art books in her studio. Non-fiction and humor in the guest room. My favorite, the fiction section, I keep in my office. I worked in a library while I was in college, so I have a great fondness for the way books look in stacks. I find it soothing. [N.B., This is *our* library, shared, but LT only allows for a singular profile. So my wife rates and reviews books here and notes them with a "-KA" signature.]

- I am a confessed book addict. I read painfully slow because I try to savor each word. I keep track of how many books I read. I average about 2 per month. I usually have several books going at one time. I am a failed (edit: let's say "struggling") writer. An English degree and some really good creative writing courses under my belt didn't pay the rent, so I ended up in a technical job that does. I write in my spare time, what little there is.
